"[Sandoventures] was great to deal with in
all respects. You guys were 100% fair in all of your dealings
with me, and I truly appreciated that as a tenant. You also were
extremely responsive to any request I had (i.e., fixing the dishwasher),
and any problem I had was handled immediately and effectively.
As far as the Odyssey goes, I had a great four + years there. The
Odyssey had all the amenities we needed (workout, pool, etc.) and the
staff was extremely nice. The unit was exceptional in regards to the
layout, the view, and closet space and my wife and I will definitely
miss it (especially the closet space, in my wife's case).

"It was an absolute pleasure residing
at the Eleven for almost 4 years. Along with the daily greeting and
assistance from Cherie and Felipe. They were great!. I'd recommend the
Eleven to anyone. I appreciated the landlord/tenant
interaction...distant, yet close when needed. Overall great experience. I
could have stayed forever.
