"Anthony, I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment, it's in a great location and Sylvia the building manager is just fantastic. If I were still in the same rent range I have no doubt Cavendish would be my first choice. That particular unit is great because the proximity to the stairs means there's very little noise from that side of the wall, and the closets and overall layout of the unit meant there was no sound from the neighbors at the end of the hall. Adding on top of that the fact that you and Dave were good landlords, I have absolutely no complaints and will certainly offer to give any reviews or reference to the benefits of the unit." --Derek 8/2013

"Yes, I am already missing the Odyssey! Very sad to have to leave after just a year! I would say there wasn't really any major problems overall. No noise complaints or safety issues. The front desk was always staffed with someone very helpful and friendly. Common areas were kept very clean. I'm glad the toilet was fixed; I don't hear a peep out of it anymore. You were a wonderful landlord and I would definitely come back again if my life permitted me so. I wished they built more buildings like this one around this area! Thank you so much for being so responsive and helpful this past year."
